1. Every seat is a person. When a client goes active, their employees' seats light up lime. Lime never goes dark.
2. The blue crowd is our pipeline. When one of our deals moves a phase, its people show up in the seats, dim and waiting. The closer to the court, the closer to active.
3. Amber is the latest move. Somebody's deal just moved up. Watch it pulse.
4. The count starts Aug 31. A deal joins the board when it moves a phase after that morning. Nothing counts until it moves, so every light on this board is challenge work.
5. Stay for the flash. Once a minute, the whole building lights up so you can see exactly what sold out looks like. That's where we're going.
